1.management can select some selected engineers not given any department jobs. using for useless jobs( non technical works like cable laying, panel shifting, adapatation works) not treat as engineer. 2.your destination is engineer but your works are like technician. 3.total waste of years in that company campany want money so they used some low grade engineer life spoil. 4.Management see only engineer face and reference for which person he came from company NOT thing he also but a bonds and submit the certificate. Need to provide proper professional employee. Like hard labour for hard works thay can only get the perfect output. Technicians never do any hard works and cleaning works at all situation . My experience thay are maintained so much attitude at hard works. We can motivate some time only not at all situation.
