This is one of the Big Company but The New Employees Joined Payment is To much Lower as much Company Name or Reputed company Position. I am Not Happy In This Company.I would Not Suggest to Work on This Company. And The Team of Sperit is Not Good. Not any Single Thing is Good in This Company.

...mple There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. I work 2 and Half Years. There is not any Growing opportunity in this Company.

Job security good no stress good working culture. During pandemic HR was very helpful inquired family and me advised to be safe and salary credited for the period.

Overall good but learning point of very little bit disappointed

Nothing except that you can keep your self busy with work. There is lot to do in Plant activities instead of empty head.

No Salary Structure. No Work ethics. First and foremost, trust of your boss which you would never get.

Nilkamal is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.But there is no growth of salary ,work life.There is no balance of work environment and work life.There is no currect way of training and learning.Very few chance pf job security.
