The company is stable in its performance, so there is a job stability.
Dislikes
1. No recognition to employees even after 100% target achievement.
2. The salary growth is not as per market standards. Performer and non-performer both will get the same increment as per company policy.
3. Incentives never gets credited on time. There's no any standard policy for sales incentives. Even if they share any policy at the start of Financial Year, they will simply deny the policy at the end of financial year.
4. HR team is unprofessional in behaviour. They don't support employees.
5. Employees will never be clear about their job and responsibilities. The SOPs will change after every 3 months.
6. Management can ask you to do any job irrespective of your designation and department. For ex. Sales team is asked to intervene in product development which are totally different tasks.
7. There is too much of owners intervention in the business cycle. Employees here don't have any decision taking authority. The designations are only for name.
8. There is no importance of hierarchy. All will be treated at same level.
9. The company is not taking any steps for personal growth of employees.
10. Allowances are not as per the industry standard.
11. One will receive the promotion only for name without any salary hike.
Compensation at middle management level is very poor ... and there is no standard for that . There is no recognition for performers... front liners are treated very badly ... there is no perks and benefits for employee ... even there is no arrangements for accidental policies or mediclaim .... managements has no plan to stop attrition rate ....those who wants to do something in life doesn’t retain for more than 2-3 years ....
Huge work pressure,no fixed Marketing policy .Ready furniture waranty police are very bad .Promotion opportunity is very less, low incriment no work life balance .
