Salary pay by company a fix date with out fail and individual site I can execute will all kind of situation/circumstances which is the best part of the current company.

Dislikes

Expense not clear proper,work culture is not uptu the mark,verbalcommunicate is batter prefer, leave not get when require even urgency time. Although end of the year leaves balance get spoil. Sunday duty also going in c-off condition but this cannot take when required. We are ctually in service field maximum working in outstation 3 to 4 month we spent in multiple project but after the duration spent cannot get leave more than 3 to r days.

Nothing except that you can keep your self busy with work. There is lot to do in Plant activities instead of empty head.

No Salary Structure. No Work ethics. First and foremost, trust of your boss which you would never get.

Nilkamal is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.But there is no growth of salary ,work life.There is no balance of work environment and work life.There is no currect way of training and learning.Very few chance pf job security.
