To be honest it's the best company. No other words about the company even in the hard situation the company has provided full salary for overall staffs am so greatful for it .

Dislikes

Although the best company, it blindly appoints managers who are of no use . The managers never support staffs and they keep on insulting the staffs who are loyal they always support for illegal ways . This company has such a fame but I am disappointed about the managers (very cheap minded ) company provides many opportunities but the store manager never support the staffs for it . I was happy while joining this team n all team mates are good where some are backstabber , but the manager always used to divert staffs mind n keeps on insulting the company and tells the staffs to change the company because this company is of no use. And kicking out staffs without reason is not a good way. I hope the company gives the better opportunity for the good hearted people

On time salary.Alternative Saturday holiday. employee can take thare leave as per company rules .

Huge work pressure,no fixed Marketing policy .Ready furniture waranty police are very bad .Promotion opportunity is very less, low incriment no work life balance .

There is no reconganization with higher management and no motivation and also there is no benefits will share by the our report team thy not disclosed and share by the team

1. No recognition to employees even after 100% target achievement. 2. The salary growth is not as per market standards. Performer and non-performer both will get the same increment as per company policy. 3. Incentives never gets credited on time. There's no any standard policy for sales incentives. Even if they share any policy at the start of Financial Year, they will simply deny the policy at the end of financial year. 4. HR team is unprofessional in behaviour. They don't support employees. 5. Employees will never be clear about their job and responsibilities. The SOPs will change after every 3 months. 6. Management can ask you to do any job irrespective of your designation and department. For ex. Sales team is asked to intervene in product development which are totally different tasks. 7. There is too much of owners intervention in the business cycle. Employees here don't have any decision taking authority. The designations are only for name. 8. There is no importance of hierarchy. All will be treated at same level. 9. The company is not taking any steps for personal growth of employees. 10. Allowances are not as per the industry standard. 11. One will receive the promotion only for name without any salary hike.

Dislikes

...some staff members who do not want to do the work, but they push others forward. Here the person who works hard is not important and the salary is not according to the work.
