They are holding Monthly fixed Incentive, which they deduct a fixed amount from salary and based on performance they provide. Now in this pendamic situation if score is 100% but they are holding the amount of all the employees
1. Not a good company for career growth.
2. It is hard to maintain work life balance. Overtime is common here. In times of pendamic situation with work from home 13-15 hours is common.
3. No motivation for experience employees.
1- For every issue only field trainer is responsible even if it from client side.
2- No job security as its a contractual job they are giving 1 year contract and on every year they will renew.
3- From past 4 years no appraisal
4- Project lead (Manager) is very arrogant and misbehaved person.

Company have good policies and it is one of the know and well reputed but Manager rule like is their own kingdom, no professionalism always treat employees according to their personal choices and grudges. they will not think twice before demolishing any employees career. company is lucrative but again it's no use if your higher level person is not good.
... is best in playing dirty politics then only he/she can survive in this company. If you have completed your Notice period then ideally you should receive your pending salary as well as Relieving letter within 45 days but over here your FnF process will get start after completing your 45 days that means overall you have to wait more then 2 months for the same.
