There was a time when NIIT was giving value to its employees however now there is no respect of any employee or their views .....job is based on yes sir....there is no support for skill development....no work culture....But yes there was a time when NIIT gave value to employee

While compensation is decent, you would be required to work 15-16 hours a day on a regular basis. There is zero employee focus and even at a manager level you have to work like an associate.

...isgusting Overall the company police is good but on hirercy level it goes worst. The salary is not worthy according to the work I have been done

Promotion - forgot about it they will increase Target not salary if u will get promotion. Management makes unrealistic plan without any analysis.Management people only busy in showing there work not interested to implement. If someone will spent more time he will spoil his career. Nothing to learn here and grow.

80 % of old employees do not give chance to new people if you are thinking to make career in niit you have no hope. Very bad company politics. No growth in salary and lots of unnecessary pressure senior do not support. If you want to exploit yourself than only join NIIT. WORST COMPANY WASTED MY 8 YEARS .
