...ure overall. Now they absolutely don't care about their employees in any aspect. They don't give proper salary hike, no promotion as such. No perks other than salaries

Excellent work culture. Flexible working hours. Great work-life balance. Very supportive and understanding team and colleagues. Seniors are approachable. Great place to work for freshers.

Up-skilling and career growth are not as expected Salary hike is not as expected

Its good to work on a company culture like this. Work satisfaction is there. Moreover there is job security. Working hours is flexible.

Salary structure can be better and it less than the industry standard. Promotion/Appraisal is also very less or it gets delayed.

...on my work; after seeing my achievements & credits they used to congratulate me. But they are not willing to promote me or hike my salary or don't want to input in company role. 5. Every single person deliberately forcefully blame others for their own mistakes. 6. My seniors evey edge moment commited something to me but whenever the time comes to fulfill their commitment they back out from their given words. Though it was verbal commitment so you don't have any option to claim. 7. To get the great output they used to lie with theirs colleagues. But after getting the output from you they will not entertain you. 8. You have to work on holidays sometimes. 9. As I am a contractual employee, so everyone used to remind me I am not belongs to them with theirs behaviour. 10. They don't want the contractual persons on their activities.
