The only thing it's kind of a good company for interns and juniors to learn, as they give a lot of work and pressure.

Unrealistic timelines of the projects, and work pressure, multiple projects at the same time and expect to complete as soon as possible.

Everything, From the top management to the fresher everyone is playing politics. The manager he's the most worst manager ever. If you will not agree to his statement, he'll fire you on the spot even if your probation is over. Even the CTO is also involved in the politics. So if you're planning to join this company. It's my strong recommendation not to join this company. You don't have any job security in this company. Even if you're working good ,they will fire you.

No one listens to you, power is in the hands of only one person. The co-founders don't care what's happening in the organization. Concerns have been raised multiple times. The PM team is very inexperienced they didn't know how to manage clients or how to plan things in the project so that we can deliver it smoothly. If any discrepancy occurred in the project or delivery then they put all blame on the developers. The HR team always listens to you but never applies it or performs any action against it. All teams including co-founders are the puppets of one person.
