Initially, they treat us calmly, but after a few months, the pressure starts to build (due to lack of manpower), there’s no fixed schedule; they often push us to work beyond regular hours without offering overtime pay. Sometimes they also fail to provide the holidays or our leaves we are entitled to.

...out employees experience and qualifications no internal promotion no incentives or what so ever and salary deductions are always there first priority with hight level of politics.

did not like as when we worked for them and sold lying to customer just for revenue as per our boss still did not get incentives... our boss told us to resign and holded our incentive amount... all fake

The company is 'lala' type. Nothing is organised. Their rules keep changing all the time according to them... There is no job security. No work life balance. There is no calculation of time. The time of punch in is fixed but not that of punch out. According to the company, the employee should give priority only to the company, family friends should go later.. The company's people have no concern with what issue there is in our family. Company think that "apna kaam Banta,bhad me jaye janta". Please don't work. Please don't spoil your career and future.

Not understand employees situations never allow for immediate leave and always extended employees working timings instead of 9 hours of shift every employee working atleast 10 hours everyday and on weekends and holidays timings should be extended to 12-14 hours a day
