Moreover, appraisals were delayed by two years for everyone, which not only affected morale but also hindered career growth for many. I reached out multiple times to resolve the issue amicably, even offering alternatives for setting the amount, but no action was taken. It's unfortunate that after such a long tenure, my contributions were undervalued in this manner. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who values fairness, respect, and timely recognition of their hard work. Future employees should be cautious and thoroughly evaluate before joining.
