...blem. Job security is here if we work hard sincerely. Company policies are good. After a year we get bonus and hike in salary .

They support nothing during Covid 19.In that pendamic we expect that company will stand with us with cut some of amount from salary but we wonder to see the termination letter. I was given my valuable 9th year but they never thought about it.

As per my personal experience that people should not work in this organization more then one year because company believe in use and throw system.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company polices are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

This is the company which we can develop our learning skills and we can maintain the work-life balance

Dislikes

Compensation towards the employee is good but growth is very slow.I do receive the good appreciation from my manager and Heads, but they mostly go unnoticed those appreciations during the appraisal time.

... less not extra. Manager gives work from home when needed. Management is active. You get salary on time.
