The pay is less that the industry practice. Work life balance is there but sometimes it is terrible.

There are too many positions in the group and the promotions also dont come timely. Leading you in back foot as compared to the market.

There are lot of things to learn in skp in terms of process but also there are lot of negative point to speak

SKP this biggest issue this their working culture and pattern of managing work. I face lot of issue over their to maintain work life balance and also I feel they don't pay proper compensation to employee as compared with work given to employee

This review is only dor for Secretarial Department. Each Department has a separate work culture. Pros: 1. Work from Home granted when required. No questions asked. 2. Managers are usually helpful and supportive. However exception is always there. 3. Direct Client Interaction. Especially the Foreign ones. 4. Independent Decision Making.

Dislikes

Cons: 1. Extremely Poor Salary 2. 2-3% Increment each year 3. No Promotions usually 4. Bonus is a part of Salary which is often not granted at the end of year. 5. Lots of Internal Tracker maintenance 6. Billing and Budgeting is handled by Company Secretaries which is the worst part. 7. Repetitive monotonous work. No learning after a year.
