... arenot supportive. No Job security. Keeping freshers on third party payroll. Salary is less. Corporate politics. Even senior associates are acting like they are helping to associates but actually they dont help.

The environment of company is very good. It is best platform to start your career, peoples of team and top management encouraging for good performance. Training also provided from time to time.

Everything is good and about salary, you have to start with less when you are starting your career.

Work culture and environment is good but as per the work the package is low and there is no extra benefit to earn more even if you received employee appreciation award. If appraisal criteria improves than it's a good company to work.

...cs, poor management, no discussion on problems, no solutions, no cleanliness 5. Manager is busy to enjoy his salary, no interest to smoothing the process or work culture. 6. No job security only use n throw. 6. Very very toxic work culture at all. 7. Constantly change the project allocation, you will not learn anything from any project, only play a game. 8. Not supportive environment at all for my personal growth. If you had any difficulty and you asked your seniors, leads or manager; they still thinking how to figure out the problem but not getting the solution yet, still wonder who make them manager or lead🙄
