Recently I left this company so I can provide the correct & genuine feedback. - No Time Flexibility - No Work Life Balance - High Work Pressure - A lot of Politics - If you are a developer, you also will be working as Business Analyst job. - HR Policies - a. Asking to work on Saturday also. b. They will not provide leave encasement on leaving the company. c. Suddenly increase the Notice Period from 2 months to 3 months. d. For any request, you have fight a lot, i.e. Salary Slip. Some peoples are very bad in nature like Sandeep Gahlot. He will give wrong direction, false commitment to client, I usually never provide the person's feedback but due to Sandeep Gahlot, many talented guys are left this company. Suggestion - If you are going to join this company, please don't join any Oracle Utility project to ruin up your life. Best of luck..

1) No Growth 2) Early joining bonus they promise on call but don't keep on email. So be careful 3) Extra work pressure 4) No resource allocation 5) HR and Management threat if you complain and risk of job

Overall they maintain good work culture. Work from home or office flexibility, Diversity, Lot of learning.

Compromise with quality work. Extended working hours, No work life balance. If they feel there is no need in the current project, they will sack you in 1-2 days!!!

Worst company ever where you dont know you will get automatically revoked from your job if you say no to some work to a manager especially in cloud domain here. There is a bossy kind of culture here where you have to say yes all the times even though its not a priority. There the bosses usually sit idle most of the time and do real estate work

If you say no to any non-priority work you will be removed or revoked from that company by end of the day.
