Mostly it is balanced work life with very good leads. Decision making for fund release is a critical aspect.

Dislikes

HR policies are of lamen type You won't have joining bonus, relocation allowances, everything you have to bear on your own. Only one work from office per month is allowed

...d everything. NewSpace is a bubble just waiting to burst just like a Team Indus. No training whatsoever for skill improvement, don't pay salary on time, have gone for almost 3months without pay. Last year arrears are still not paid. HR keep giving increment to themselves. Aerospace systems is just selling the dream without knowhow of how to execute.

Dislikes

It's a bubble just waiting to be burst. No respect to the employees, manager shouting on teammates on the floor. HR ignoring employees and forget them after hiring. They don't give relieving letter event after weeks of leaving. They don't pay your pf and tax that is deducted from your salary.

The projects we get to work on are interesting.

Dislikes

The company culture is poor, there are no events conducted by the company. No incentives given to the employees. The appraisal process is delayed. The appraisal percentage is very less even after getting good performance review.

Likes

I had two rounds of interview and both the interviewers were very professional and casual during the interactions.

Dislikes

I got selected for the last and final round with the Founder, but it seems that the person is occupied with work and therefore HR team has no update on the interview schedule since 17th August, 2023. Nor do they provide clarity on road ahead. If the Company had doubts should have raised it in the initial rounds itself.

The HR team specially, the likes of names: Cletus and Bhavana are absolutely pathetic in the way they lie and treat people. HR at Newspace is nothing short of a scam department that makes sure to make the life of employees hell.
