HR policies are of lamen type You won't have joining bonus, relocation allowances, everything you have to bear on your own. Only one work from office per month is allowed

...d everything. NewSpace is a bubble just waiting to burst just like a Team Indus. No training whatsoever for skill improvement, don't pay salary on time, have gone for almost 3months without pay. Last year arrears are still not paid. HR keep giving increment to themselves. Aerospace systems is just selling the dream without knowhow of how to execute.

Dislikes

It's a bubble just waiting to be burst. No respect to the employees, manager shouting on teammates on the floor. HR ignoring employees and forget them after hiring. They don't give relieving letter event after weeks of leaving. They don't pay your pf and tax that is deducted from your salary.

The projects we get to work on are interesting.

The company culture is poor, there are no events conducted by the company. No incentives given to the employees. The appraisal process is delayed. The appraisal percentage is very less even after getting good performance review.

It's a company committed to the cause of our nation and working for Indian Armed Forces. Walking the path of Aatmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan and equipping th e nation with niche and futuristic technologies, equipment and solutions.

Like ? This should’ve been disabled here . This company is the worst company you can ever work for. Their HR bhav**a vijay***r gives lectures on mental health on LinkedIn but is indeed a person who will ruin your mental peace like nobody’s business. They hire and fire like anything and if you go to question they will mentally harass you. They won’t even give you your fnf and employment certification when you quit

Everything. Just catch hold of people who have worked here and ask if there is anything worth working here. I can write on stamp paper not one person will recommend this company to you. And most importantly beware of their HR . Bhav**a vija***ar. She gives lectures on mental health lolololol
