Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Good working environment. Team leader were supportive and management was transparent. Company policies were good, appraisals were luckily fair and hard to get bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and sometimes management doesn't address our issues. Salary is fix as per bond and growth of employees depends on how they work. There is bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.

... for workers while in angola and on job...no feeling like we are not in india...time to time salary, food is awesome..accomodation also good. Salary is fixed as per contract and credit it time to time. No extra cost by worker. Visa air ticket held by company.Company gives some good technical skill for work proper and within time. Good company for get good experience and become independant in this world..after work I ln newaco it is easy to work anywhere in work because proper international work experience you will get.newaco makes candidate sincere,aware and skilled worker Good company for start carrier and become skilled worker..

Sometimes no holiday on work. We can't go outside but it is for concern purpose like it is for security of workers in Africa...yeah but with some period of time company arrange trip and journey for have fun of workers..for me the experience was very good

About contract they will tell some thing before contract will do some thing other apart from contract and they will torture for employees and salary is very poor i have worked all sunday they didn’t given even over time
