Quality staff is very nice. Documention process good. Training session is also given to everyone time to time .

Salary timing is not fix and proformance pay of 10 percent system is very bad and in off season of production forcefully holiday are give.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal is fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

I have been working since Sep-2023.It is my personal experience in this organisation that gave me chance to enhance my skill and all staff member even our Executive Director Sir Mr.Barunpreet Singh Ahuja is very supportive and motivate us on every situation.I am very lucky to join this organisation.This organisation is good for career growth and much more.

Good for learning, because of training provided their are very good

Very very Poor management, late salaries, late appraisals and even after late appraisal, no arear. management decision making is very poor. very late payments to suppliers. salaried delayed for about 15 to 20 days.

Learning. Good for starters or freshers. Once you've seen this, it can't go worse than this. There's only one way after this. "Upwards". This might actually be the rock bottom you face, but hey you get to learn manufacturing operations very closely.

LIFE!! The work life balance was hell. Nobody cares for you, now everyone says that no one will care for you in professional environment and maybe its true too. But here? Here they do not care at all..! You can come to office on time, but to leave it on time is something that happens on really good days (if you have any after you join here).
