So far experience is really good. It's my second company and effort my senior is putting in my skill improvement is helping me gain lot of confidence. In very short period I am communicating with client and management is very transparent.

DONT JOIN work culture terrible LALA company cut salaries like they gonna built an empire from that. holiday culture is terrible and doesn't respect employees. Different rules for different employees (Discrimination) senior(chaatu employees) can come and do whatever they want . Rules are only for good employees, not chaatu Employees. Changes Plocies without notice and at their convenience.

It was my first company. I worked for approx. 4 years. I learned a lot. The seniors guided and grilled me a lot, and I can see the way they groomed me. Today I am in IBM and working on the UI/UX part.
