As i joined in the Corona Pandemic, the WFH is pretty okay. You get to work on your time, but adherence to the due dates keeps things busy, very busy, flexible work times mean overtime working here and it is quite normal here. People are understanding, good work environment, good competition.

As overtime working is normal, overtime pay is not a part of payment here. You gotta work until the work is done. Also, some people take their designations too seriously and forget how to treat people, also these is for some, and not everyone everywhere is the same.

No comparison with any of the organizations which I know in my kind of business vertical which we are in . Undisputedly the best support system provided not only for the employee but also to the entire family. There is a systematic approach backed by symptom check, one must update on a daily basis, which intern updates and alerts experts who tracks if there is any health hazard to be attended immediately. No compromise on employees well being and health checks especially when it comes to COVID -19 . The organization as a whole has shown employee first with the tech based app. I am elated to express this when it comes to giving the best for the well being of the employees and their kith and kin. This requires huge networking, which the organization has provided for the sake of employees well being it can go to any extent.

Nothing i,s there to be liked. Initially they hired you on the payroll of Network18, later they moved to another subsidiary company so you can not prove your exact employment duration nor does your PF account match.

Worst people, poor HR people, you can not call to HR for any queries even if there is an emergency. During the Appraisal time they put you into PIP so that you can request to just retain without any appraisal. Overall you are limited to your manager. Your manager can control you in any way similar to EY incidents.
