I was working for completely work from home so I can balance my work life. Else nothing I am liking about this company

There is no job security. They are offering low salary and even low appraisal. If the process has been ended they will throw you out.

Teammates are helpful but managers do no take any accountability or responsibility for any errors or mistakes i.e. if you do your work good, it's a team effort with all accountability to the mangers but if anything goes wrong the accountability lies with the juniors Not a place for freshers, 5+ experience will do really great Training is very unstructured and not at all useful The overall organization and work is very unstructured No performance benifits or any others benefits Politics between managers are too much, you just need to pick a side and you will do fine just, don't get in targetted

If you join as a fresher you get to learn a lot. Work from home also provides with work life balance. "SOME" of the seniors are very helpful and you can approach them any time.

Dislikes

...ity at all. If you get hired on a contract work for 4-6 months, learn and leave. Salary is a joke here. They will pay you 10K as a fresher with no benefits that are given to a regular employee ( hra, gratuity, medical , joining bonus, paid leaves encashment) you just get 1 leave per month. Although the amount of work and number of hours you will be working is the same as any other resource. They will want you to work at the same peanut salary even after you complete the contract. Don't expect any appraisal or any confirmation.

Netscribes is over to work from home which is helpful in keeping the work life balance at certain times.

Compensation is decent, but absolutely non- supportive system, poor job security, untrained staff adds to the misery.

... steps are taken too spontaneously without giving you time to figure things out. Low package compared to industry peers
