No Job Security If the client withdraw the project, You will be kicked out from the company. they don't consider you achieve/over achieve daily, weekly, monthly target , they didn't even consider that you worked overtime, They didn't see your hardwork/appreciate that if u work for a complete year without any mistake. But if you make a simple mistake or you fail to achieve target, they will point out this and start screw you.

They neither increase the salary of contractual employees nor do they transfer them to their permanent employees, they are just extending the contract for two years, neither do they give any Diwali bonus nor any appreciation

Everything is terrible. No salary increment, no promotions, Overtime without extra payment. No holidays at festival and also no bonus. Terrible company, horrible management. Managers are the worst. Never recommend to anyone.

Dislikes

There are several things to dislike about this company, especially about the project I was in. The IDQ process is far better than the ZSKU process. The target of zsku was so high that completing the work within the shift time remained unachievable. This disrupted our work life balance.
