Initially work life balance was really bad, but as I started to get used to my job, it became good as I could complete my work faster. Our managers are also pretty chill.

Compensation, appraisals, very poor mometary compensation in my opinion. Also feel like growth is pretty limited in this organization.

Furthermore, the salary structure at Netscribes is notably below industry standards, and there exists a profound lack of work-life balance and opportunities for future growth within the company. The promotion process is notably stagnant, devoid of meritocracy, and fails to reward employees based on performance, with promotions largely based on favoritism. In conclusion, I strongly urge prospective candidates to explore other career opportunities. Based on my experience, Netscribes does not provide the conducive or professional work environment necessary for career growth and personal development. ... an enormous scale which can't be done in stipulated work hours that is 9 hours. You have to do 12 hours work everyday with the same 10k salary in hand. They promise to increse salary after 6 months of employment but here I am in my 7 month with the same salary and double work load. My advice to you is PLEASE DONT JOIN NETSCRIBES. Wait for sometime more. You'll find something better than this. But don't do the mistake of joining Netscribes. It's the worst organization to work for.

It's family company that gives you feeling of marwadi family but it's Bengali gives you unexpected appraisal, bonus and other gifts that gives you goosebumps it's pathetic do not expect to much
