There is nothing to like about this company. Even the HR’s are also in this game . They are also not helpful. Such a toxic organisation.

The Management of FRM. Worst management in netscribes. Frm management plays with employees whether the employees are facing any kind of serious issue or medical issue but SOUROJIT SARKHEL and RANJIT CHOWDHRY want them to be in floor before shift timing and want them to extend their work by allocating incidents without any overtime pay. If you are reading this then please share this information to everyone. Sourojit sarkhel wants to keep his own person because he is getting some commission through clients and even Ranjit chowdhry also in this game. But due to this toxic work culture many employees were left from the organisation. Didn’t provide any PF’s , No allowance, no benefits , no fun activities, only work work and work. But the FRM management is chill with their own business because they only want their work to be done by employees and they only send the data to the clients. They had pattern to terminate employees by giving escalation forced by SOUROJIT and RANJIT. In holidays they provided a comp. off no double pay , no triple pay. No cab facilities provide by organisation even 🤣 they don’t have their own parking as well.

...ompared to the market. 10-12 hours of work daily. No work-life balance at all. And forget about promotion and salary hike. Do not join this company.

trust me they are all scammers they say that we will give you full salary but they will not give you full salary with full attendance. if you talk to your tl or am then they "oh aisa kya accha thik hai ab jao kaam karo load badh raha hai"

I don't like anything, the only thing to like here is that you get your underpayment salary on time.

The managers here are the ones who own you by providing salary, you are not going to have freedom inside the company. Inside politics is a huge gamble. Some people who are generous are leaving the company one by one. It feels like I'm a slave to this company.
