Team member will do hand holding in the beginning. after that you have to handle your work independently. Only performers are rewarded here.

You get opportunity to work on latest technologies of business application. There is not much work pressure. Seniors give lots of trainings and chance to learn application software. Managers are cooperative.

Once you learn the application you have to handle it responsibly. Casual approach is not tolerated. For good annual increment you have to show your performance during the year.

Netpro gave me lot of respect. Not only me its their culture to treat all employees with respect whether one joins new or is there for many years. The company is always ready to support the employee in any sort of problem. All team members are very helpful and cooperating.
