salary is negotiable in year no increment i have working at ५ year atleast increase salary who are given long time in between ५ year and graduated in BE,the uneducated people don't care these factors but some people feel that problem!! I just written my thoughts I am not complaint and not blaming in company policy not worry about it

...missing in IBG netlink and also not listing to the team. Don't like leadership. Manager are just taking there job for salary only not talking about right way of job. Just showing they are working. Every year firing person with comments not satisfy with there jobs. Full of politics works they are just showing that they are working in team. Not talking about right way of Project. Less knowledge of project success and profitable business. Just firing employee with comments of unsatisfied performance. Company no support when employee in trouble related there on job accident. They are torcher the employee when they have decided to fire the employee. No proper human resource policy . It's is just gaming with employee.

Unprofessional culture. Not profitable for employees . They are just blaming employee when project in loss and firing new employee but not firing old employees.

Likes

The company is in Bhopal (tier 2 city). Team members were good mostly freshers. Company provides bus service and health insurance for parents as well.

...he tasks. sometimes they ask to complete work on weekend and odd timings also. very less pay package and bad appraisal.

...ere do not have any ethics and etiquette. Learning is limited. No good projects. Also, salary will never come on time, every month we need to chase HR ans finance team. There is no proper system and hierarchy maintained in company. And the worst part is facilities. No proper food in canteen. Nightshift ppl have to be empty stomach or they need to bring theri own food. Washroom do not have toilet papers or tissue papers. And cleaning of washroom is like public toilets (even public toilet is cleaner then this). Do not have clean water to drink. Forget about warm water.

Nothing like in this company This company exploitation the employee in minimum wages.

Company not follow the increment policy timely and not given the any allowances and bonus company enormity regarding wages who has the need of job in their bad time
