I got a call from HR and I was informed that my profile was shortlisted for one of the openings at this company. She scheduled my interview and shared the interview details on my whatsapp. On interview day, she followed up, I assured her that I would be on time and appearing in this interview. I reached office on time, I was asked to fill some forms and I waited for around 1 hour. Then. I was told that the interviewer (“sir”) is not available that day and they would be rescheduling my interview in upcoming week. (I understand that there can be situations where interviewer is not available. After all he is also a human being). But, on the same day, I came to know that my application on job portal was marked as “not shortlisted” without any reason and without interview. If my profile was not matching to your requirements, why did you shortlist it and schedule interview? Or if my profile was matching to your requirements, why did you reject my application without interview? It clearly showed unprofessional behaviour. You have no right to waste time of candidates who are seriously looking for a job.

Last week, I had scheduled an interview with them and arrived on time. After waiting for two hours, they conducted the first round, which only involved introductory questions. At the end of the round, they informed me that, as per their process, I needed to give a written assessment, with a cutoff of 17/30 and a minimum requirement of 13/30 to proceed to the next round. I completed the test and scored 28/30. However, after the assessment, they inquired about another candidate (who, I suspect, may have been a relative of someone there), who scored only 12/30. They rescheduled his assessment and, following that, scheduled his interview. Meanwhile, I was left waiting for over an hour in the reception area. Eventually, the receptionist told me I could leave, and that I would be updated about my result via phone. The next day, I received a call saying my resume was not shortlisted. My question is, if my resume wasn’t shortlisted earlier, why was I selected for the first round interview and the assessment round? According to them, the minimum cutoff for the next round was 13/30, and I cleared that with 28/30. Is that somehow a mistake? I certainly don’t think so.

Sometimes work pressure is high, at that time I need to be work 2 or 3 hours extra in a day.

The Environment is quite friendly and management is quite supportive. Being experienced, Dr. Manoj Saxena(CEO) also provide counseling to their employees.

They Should provide work from home and also facility for canteen.
