It doesn't matter whether you're employed as a Freelancer, Temporary worker or a Full time employee, they treat them as same with no respect and work life balance. Even if the client side has good review about your work, this company will still find out reasons to not give you proper increment.

Everything. Nothing good at all for this company. The positive reviews are given by their employees who were forced by their managers, the HR as well as the CEO and most of them are junior employees who are easy to target because they're afraid to raise their voices. 20+ years since establishment and only around 300 employees. Tells you everything you want to know about their attrition rate and resignation ratio. They are targeting to get 500+ employees but that is just for the sake of getting some kind of recognition from authorities. Companies like this will hire in bulk just to meet the numbers and then fire in bulk as well. Advice to freshers as well as experienced professionals is NOT to join this company and waste your career. There are plenty of others with where you can go and improve your skills. This is just a consulting firm and most of their projects are completed by Freelancers who are not paid on time and sometimes, are not even paid.

...ess of the company is localisation, which for me personally is really boring, Really low compensation structure. Learning is limited. 6 sick leaves in full year lol

Very insecure as a company. Toxic culture. Management promoting silos. Insecure management, Senior management behavior like East India company lords. No transparency among teams. But top-notch and fantastic HR team.

Former HR professionals heading tech divisions. Can ask any employee anytime to leave the company (within a minute). No security. Company running on few people's whims. Ego driven company.

Terrible work culture. Some senior authorities are not good. Very bad experience. My manager feels jealous when you get respect from senior managers or other departments employees. They treated you like you are nothing. Even if you are unemployed, do not join this company.
