Salary and appraisal are peanuts. Incentives are designed in such a way that it will be very hard for you to achieve that. No recognition for your performance. People with way less performance but close to the boss/manager/super boss can enjoy a long life here. If you are a performer, you will get frustrated very soon with the rewards

...me across this fraud people especially this (Ravi, Shanky) its better to ignore. I highly doubt if they can offer good CTC max they can do is match the salary or 8-10% increase the only thing where the candidates get into their words IS Permanent WFH. Only if you are unemployed and tried your luck everywhere, nothing is working then choose them to better be in the zone of " Something is better than Nothing" don't join this company other than this mindset.

...ional manner. HR's are big clown here works under Ravi Verma and other managers. Forgot to mention "To keep there Data clean on Hiring and Firing these people after firing within a month or max 3 month(which I doubt if Ravi have patience to keep non-chatukars employees for 3 month) offer you salary as Consultant Fee (that you worked as a freelancer) rather than salary. Expecting sales in 3 weeks mind you B2B Sales from old leads.

Just Work From Home , baki kuch bhi aacha nhi hai yahan peh ..work from Home mien bhi micromanagement hai bhut jayada , you status should always be green n ol ka bhut natak hai

...they don't we want any written thing so that later on they can change any time 4:- salary k naam peh chawaani dete hai 5:- no sick leave , only EL and Casual Leave only 6:- No Medical Policies or medi claim 7:- They would promise you in-hand something else and later on they will give you something else and that would not be stated in the breakdown of your salary structure. 8:- Micromanagement, even the senior management CMO flinch from there words , they don't Follow any process or have any idea about the industry processes, " they don't known the term " Project " this is for senior Stakeholders which are CMO and other senior Stakeholders. You can decide how the company is .

...ager's personal opinion of them - A completely unethical hire and fire culture. One can be fired without any prior notice or any compensation. - The US staff shows fake politeness which is nothing but cringy. -
