No overtime helps to maintain work life balance. Projects are good which creates work satisfaction in employees. Awards are provided to best performers of the quarter.

Job security is very less as rate of termination of employees is very high. Appraisal process needs to be revised as its an old company and provides very less appraisal. Management have a monopoly and favours few old employees only and provides less opportunities to new employees.

I would not say strict dislikes, but certain things could have been better like a better tax saving structure. Health insurance was on the list, but they recently incorporated it.

This is my second innings with NetCom Learning. I came back to NetCom as it is a great place to work. The management is very supportive of the learning curve and provides all possible resources to help you be successful. I have referred multiple friends here and past connections who have the same feeling as me. Leadership always recognizes the performers. There are employees who have been working with NetCom for the past 7 years, which says a lot about the organization. There are many employees who performed well and were promoted to leadership roles across departments. I am one of them. I got two promotions in less than 2 years. While I appreciate many aspects of working at NetCom Learning, One challenge I've encountered is the fast-paced environment. The Project deadlines are pretty strict so require lots of attention and pro-activeness. Which is good, and I also feel overwhelming just in case you are not used to it. It is fare as it is also rewarding most of the time.
