-poor work culture -high micro management -false promises -deceiptive hiring - offered job from Netcom Learning and placement to AI CERTs without content. -asked to move to part time role after 3 months or leave -lay off of all smart and expensive people to save cost -very very low quality products developed by interns and freshers using ChatGPT and call it "certification" -appointed wife and other relatives to senior position without any accountability -no finance team to check leader's accounting -one person controls all functions which is impractical however no desire to change since he wants to feel like a king -Indian employees are forced to work long hours and over weekends whereas US employees are exempted - high micromanagments such as daily reports, weekly reports and timesheets. employees spend more time justifying their work than performing it - yes "sir" culture...Read More

I like the work culture, the values and most importantly my Reporting managers. They both are amazing ladies and are very supportive
