Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes,i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have client callsin the evening and somtimes late into the night.

Good work environment All team members are qualified and supportive. Lot of things to learning. Main office building is huge with lot of facilities with modern and creative building design. Excellent work experience Due to international projects and working with forgnier companies.

This company is very good for employees is they are permanent otherwise daily wages and contract bases employees have many issues and don't have any job security.

The benefits that a person can avail regarding carrer growth are amazing as it is a Multi-National company,so wiee scale career opportunities are available.

Dislikes

The job security portion is the most disheartening factor about this company. For an organization of this caliber, job security of it's employees should have been it's main priority but it isn't.

NESPAK is No.1 consulting company in Pakistan having numbers of projects running same time. Working with NESPAK is a great opportunity for me that availed and learned a lots of field performance.

I get to travel many countries like qatar "Saudi Arabia "Afghanistan "but it depends on your project and clients location .we work happy and I like employees policy.

Dislikes

Some the pressure of work at site is so high and some time I work 16 to 16 hours .in Saudi Arabia almost the construction work well be at nigh time because at day time the temporature is more high.
