...t's a waste of time since the client interview is done post joining the company. Any escalation from the client can put your salary on hold. You might have to relocate from the originally agreed work location to the client place. Emergency leave can get you fired, they are not very understanding about such situations. Also no maternity leaves here.

If you're assigned to a client location, factors like work-life balance, skill development, work satisfaction, and company culture are determined by the client, not Neosoft. In such cases, you have to adhere to the policies and environment of the client company.

A salary hike with a loyalty incentive seems unusual, as it requires employees to return 50% of the hike if they leave within a year. While a minimum commitment of three months might be reasonable, this policy essentially functions like a bond. Additionally, the first month's salary is withheld after resignation and released as full and final settlement three months after the last working day. While holding it for one month may be understandable, a three-month delay feels excessively long

Worst company i have ever worked with, Clients are also run away, this company have great-place-to-work, i don’t know from where they got it from begging. HR team also sleeping worst management i have ever seen.

No work life balance, no job security, unwantedly pausing salary, firing employees without giving notice period, not giving full and final settlement.

They Provide good salary but also asks to work 6 days if required that too with extended hours. Work culture is good and shift timings are flexible just have to complete 9 hours.

Late working hours depend on project and client requirement. If you are looking for a job in this company then you need to face poor management.

*Beware : Terminated during notice period without providing documents and salary for last 2 months * I worked with this organisation for last 3 years , subsequently i also got appraisal from time to time and apprecial mail from client as well but when i resigned from this organization and start serving notice period then things turn change , my TL starting rude behaviour with me and monitoring on me like screen sharing for whole day through meet in notice period , but when he does not found anything suspicious on my laptop screen then he told upper management for terminating me , he start to conspire against me how he can terminate during notice period but he become successful because management has no existence in this company , Management existence depend upon the client and those employee who has major project , so they terminated me during notice period without giving my documents and salary for last two months I am sharing my experience with you to make you informed decision about join this company because how far these people can go to ruin someone's career Never join this company if you really want to grow your career
