you will become a slave to client. they don't handle project, they just outsource their employees. so company won't have any control, and the employee will be f@###d up by the client. and if you complain they will terminate you immediately.

...t's a waste of time since the client interview is done post joining the company. Any escalation from the client can put your salary on hold. You might have to relocate from the originally agreed work location to the client place. Emergency leave can get you fired, they are not very understanding about such situations. Also no maternity leaves here.

Additionally, the first month's salary is withheld after resignation and released as full and final settlement three months after the last working day. While holding it for one month may be understandable, a three-month delay feels excessively long

Worst company i have ever worked with, Clients are also run away, this company have great-place-to-work, i don’t know from where they got it from begging. HR team also sleeping worst management i have ever seen.
