... seen so far. They claim to be international company but provide only 1 weekoff Low salary, and no work like balance, they don't provide any training either.plus they have the worst leave policy aswell.

As a fresher or experienced we get a lot of opportunities to learn and explore here. Team members are very supportive. Has good culture. Management team is very supportive. Me being here more than 4yrs having good experience in my domain and looking forward to continue..

As a Product based company, I don't think I dislike anything. Seems good.

Getting great exposure and opportunities to learn new things.. and feels noticed/accountable for the work I do. So far feeling good..

You can learn even that the dumbest people can run a company, become team lead, HR, Finance, Etc., It will boost your confidence that you are not alone in the dumbest circle.

• Inefficient Team Lead • Utterwaste QA Team • Talented developers are not encouraged • Use and throw policy (Hire and Fire Policy) • No Work-Life Balance • No projects that help your career growth • Outdated clients for the company • Company run by family (you know how it works) • You may get de-promoted at any time • You may be terminated at any time • They will not give any compensation salary during lay-off • Production quality of software products are like 90's • Employee inputs are not taken seriously • No motive for development • No learning environment • No time was given to give good product quality

Only Vice President of this company named as Vijay is a understanding and only professional person in the whole company. Other than him, the whole team is the worst team ever in my working experience. A guy named thomas, he is just terrible and the founder can fire you from the job if you are having internet issue same day without giving prior notice! Pls dont go with this company!

I dislike joining this company in the first place! Totally understaffed They dont have any budget for their people The founder only knows how to exploit hard working resources.
