Work culture is great and everyone is helping. The seniors and colleagues,both are helpful. You come to learn much about creating content for children, how to present the content in effective and creative way.

...ees like "personal servants", they expect you to work till 8 PM most of the day. They constantly pressurize recruiters to "justify their salary". They don't give increments and keep on giving excuses. Mitesh, the operation manager doesn't even know how to talk. He is very rude and can't even speak correct English himself, yet he conducts interviews and points out flaws in people. There is no opportunity for growth or learning here.
