It's a good place for freshers mainly. If I talk about salary and benefits, then it's extremely low. But to start your career and gain experience, one can go for that. Seniors are good and supportive especially Priyanka Srivastava mam (Manager-HR)

...ees like "personal servants", they expect you to work till 8 PM most of the day. They constantly pressurize recruiters to "justify their salary". They don't give increments and keep on giving excuses. Mitesh, the operation manager doesn't even know how to talk. He is very rude and can't even speak correct English himself, yet he conducts interviews and points out flaws in people. There is no opportunity for growth or learning here.

Fixed working hours..No expectation of working on weekends/beyond work hours. Managers/management is cooperative on granting leaves..

...nt doesn't follow even the basic ethics of prior intimation of a month's notice. The pay is considerably low too.

Good exposure to work and freshers are given chance to do work on multiple projects which help you find your strength and weakness to work on.

Salary is too low according to company standards and less scope for growth.

> The company has some exceptional tutors and great content developers. > The company gives great opportunity to interact with young international learners. > The company runs multiple projects and the primary being Third Space Learning (TSL), a U.K. based client. > The company has its own website and an e-learning portal named JustTutors for children from class 1 to 12. The content created is indigenous and top of the class.

... prevalent among management. > The floor lacks motivation and professionalism. > The employees are devoid of any source of entertainment, proper canteen or a cafeteria, any sort of bonus/hike, propr cab facilities, especially for female employees. > The Academic lead, the head of content development, many tutors and HRs have left the organisation in the last six months.
