We all are dependent on a company for survival , so any pre- decided agreement leads employees like us in trouble. It's hard to get a job in this market all of a sudden. You should try to understand the emotions and struggle behind this commitment towards the company and value this

...ees like "personal servants", they expect you to work till 8 PM most of the day. They constantly pressurize recruiters to "justify their salary". They don't give increments and keep on giving excuses. Mitesh, the operation manager doesn't even know how to talk. He is very rude and can't even speak correct English himself, yet he conducts interviews and points out flaws in people. There is no opportunity for growth or learning here.

It's a good place for freshers mainly. If I talk about salary and benefits, then it's extremely low. But to start your career and gain experience, one can go for that. Seniors are good and supportive especially Priyanka Srivastava mam (Manager-HR)

Fixed working hours..No expectation of working on weekends/beyond work hours. Managers/management is cooperative on granting leaves..

...nt doesn't follow even the basic ethics of prior intimation of a month's notice. The pay is considerably low too.
