NCR is worst company to work for. Peoples manager's are the worst part of this useless company, They enjoy the salary just by boasting about non-sense shared values which no one will follow. These people call themselves incredible doing some time waste in innovation labs

Compensation was good for experienced professional. Flexible timings.

Wanted to give zero marks for some of the fields but not able to make it.Poor Process to work. Only few experienced people sustain for long time as they have good network within the organization and spent time on the product hence they try to through new person out as soon as possible as they feel insecure about their job.

False aspire promise, after promotion you will get same salary as last designation. Too bad politics, and communism on base of your religion if you are non muslim no point to be in NCR GHD, and worst transport facilities

The work culture is very nice and also the team provides quite a lot of learning opportunities and encourages us to work on new things

Low increment, local management very poor and leg pulling mentality specially bihar Patna, No one want to grow in his personal and professional life.very disgusting. Company want from employees to give his 24 hour to his company only that why they provide own mobile every time they want to engage in his gadget so that employees never free from his mind to think other things.
