NCR is production company., So if you have join the company you are MANPOWER category and salary was good because of your work, and cmpy also providing shift wise food. Good and Nice Atmosphere 💚

If you are frehers ., the company is ok, otherwise you try some other company ❤️‍🔥

Work life balance it provides to it’s employees are unmatchable. Also the support of senior members is something you will se throughout the organisation.

Compensation could be better. It will help company to retain employees and have a long term relationship with them.

- Ncr is a good place to work, people are soo good. - Good work life balance. - Proper recognition if you are an outstanding performer.

...oducts are legacy products and you don't get to learn much. Perks are the worst. No annual bonus, no performance bonus, no stocks. Health insurance scheme is by far the worst in NCR. Average hikes. Promotion will take time even if you are a good performer.(and also depends on the manager)
