Lot of politics and no project . Yha pr sabhi local ke hai or kisi other state ke logo ke liye bhut bekar company hai yha pr kuch local wale hai jo yha other state Wale ko nahi dekhna chahte hai or (Irshad Rana) bhut hi ghatiya aadmi hai or kuch manager(Hemal) bhi hai Jo kisi other state ke logo ko support nahi krte hai ye log apne janne walo ko hi rakhte hai jiska yha pr koi link nahi hai uske liye bhut hi ghatiya company hai

Irshad Rana doesn't know anything, he just talks about everything, we have 40 years of experience, he just knows how to talk nonsense, there is no such thing as humanity in him. And also manager Mr Hemal is not supported.

Dislikes

Everything the all are most of old are of contractor for 3 to 4 yrs. Project manager no knowledge of how to manage project. Delivery head is shouting and abusing every day and force to complete your work.lots of politics who has no knowledge rate your appraisal or performance down.Roles and responsibilities not clear.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
