...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

For fresher, its a good company to learn so many things. I have started my career in this organisation as a trainee. For experienced professionals, its a very good opportunity to work. Well established township for the employees.

Salary is a bit less for the freshers and the biginners.

I have worked 7 yrs in NBVL .It is the best organization for any other & basically company culture,working atmosphere,environment policy & very neat & clean plant.

And skill development,career,innovation,salary,benefit average but not bad.

Its a very discipline Company. Higher officials, Executives Directors along with Chairman are also very gentle. Down to earth, Very polite. No unnecessary harassment or injustice for the employees. Time bound work pressure. I love the fact that I am a part of the liaison team.

Dislikes

The Company Growth is slow and steady. Retirement age is 58 years. I think salary structure is low in comparison with other companies located here.

Likes

Nothing is good in this company. No scope for the Future. They only try to make profit, not trying to appreciate to employees and workers, when the workers are contributing more effort. There have not promoting the worker who gives best efforts and contribution, they only promote and join new and reefered petition in the plant. Nepotism is on pic.

Dislikes

Only 2 types employees can survive hear 1- Who have reference of higher pertion. 2- Who is belongs from Andhra Prades. The VP of the odisha unit is just a little mad. No one can join the company on his own abilities, performance and talent. To join this group you have to make connection with higher person in the company.
