Pathetic salary Highly unethical practices becuase it's a cost centre funded by uk shareholders hence no one is closely tracking the justification of spends. This for employees means that there is zero merit based culture. People freely hire their friends and relatives in their own teams. The place was okay to work for till sometime back but slowly it's going to dogs and is a horrendous place to work for now. Please keep away else you will learn the hard way.

Great UK driven culture, pay is good, focus on learning, focus on futuristic things, work life experience is great.

Dislikes

Most of leadership is based in UK which can impact managerial experience, pay can improve, increment is average (7-10%), less f;exibility to move across different departments.

1. Global exposure - you may get the chance to work on projects with people of different nationalities 2. Focus on sustaining is good

...ogression aspect is not so great 2. Too much bureaucracy/ hierarchical system 3. Compensation is less when compared with the competition
