...romoted, actual work is not valued. They do not hire people at proper positions. they try to take experienced candidates and with high pay in lower grades and then later during appraisal cycle candidates do not get hike as they already cross the limit for that position.

The environment is very friendly and it's very accommodating especially for women. There is good work life.

The pay and hike is a bit low compared to the market for certain units. And it only offers one way cab.

This leads to a sense of distance between managers and employees and makes it difficult for employees to feel comfortable speaking up or sharing their ideas. -> There have been reports of racist treatment from managers of southern India towards their collogues from northern India, particularly in technology teams based in Bangalore and Chennai. This creates hostile work environment. -> While HR claims to be committed to gender equality and providing opportunities for employees to speak up, whistle blowers are reported being targeted or sidelined. This shows real gap between HR policy and practice, and that employees may not feel comfortable reporting misconduct or discrimination.

Great UK driven culture, pay is good, focus on learning, focus on futuristic things, work life experience is great.

Dislikes

Most of leadership is based in UK which can impact managerial experience, pay can improve, increment is average (7-10%), less f;exibility to move across different departments.
