Good pay for Freshers as of now 4LPA and best company for high level managers as may use to work here for 15+ -20+ years. Leaves are great as Annual leave -30, Sick-12, Comp off 8 per year. In my department the work culture is equal to IT, one the Well reputed company in banking

Dislikes

Many will work for 15+ years and become Rulers and Decide with their preferences for Promotions and Hike. This will kills the growth of an employee, some of the departments will ask you to work from that work time which is usual in banking sector.

Likes

The environment is very friendly and it's very accommodating especially for women. There is good work life.

Dislikes

The pay and hike is a bit low compared to the market for certain units. And it only offers one way cab.

Dislikes

-> Lack of opportunity of advancement, low bonus. -> NatWest technology India is a company with strong culture of Hierarchy, which can be seen in the way teams are structured and managed. This leads to a sense of distance between managers and employees and makes it difficult for employees to feel comfortable speaking up or sharing their ideas. -> There have been reports of racist treatment from managers of southern India towards their collogues from northern India, particularly in technology teams based in Bangalore and Chennai. This creates hostile work environment. -> While HR claims to be committed to gender equality and providing opportunities for employees to speak up, whistle blowers are reported being targeted or sidelined. This shows real gap between HR policy and practice, and that employees may not feel comfortable reporting misconduct or discrimination.

Likes

The company provides exceptional work life balance. There are no problems in leaves with very less work pressure. It's a smooth and chill workspace.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are very few and the ones which come have very less pay hike.
