Work life balance was good earlier & most of the teams are not having hectic work load. 30 days annual leave & 12 days sick leaves which can be carry forwarded for 5 years. Working hours are flexible.

Dislikes

...eated negative work environment for permanent employees & heaven for vendors! 3. Salary hikes are very low and overall package is like Indian service companies. 4. No proper transport facility. They operate 1 TT per metro station. 5. Hiring goes unfair & unethical. Vendor resources become perms in back door, without interview! Many managers here are back door hires only. 6. Not great place for technical growth also - as many things are contracted to infy, tcs. Whatever they do is the work ! 7. Each and every process is super slow. 8. Finally, notice period is 3 months - so, difficult when you need to switch over. Overall, it's all vedors dominance due to our weak management layer - this has become service company culture. It was all good till 2018-19.

Work-life balance. Work culture. You can sense that the company is trying to make advancement in technology, although slightly behind for now.

Dislikes

This happens in many companies - Colleagues in company for long-term will have a much lesser salary compared to those being hired externally. Promotions are tough within company but higher roles are easily given to those coming from outside.

1. Very little appraisal. 2. Management people are full of it. Many micro-manage a lot and dont have any proper technical knowledge. 3. No skill development unless you are in a good BU. Too much operational work - It gets on your nerve.

1. A vast and varied Learning portal. 2. Average salary 3. Considering to upgrade the tech stack. 4. Employee friendly policies - especially good number of leaves and flexible working hours. 5. Supports individual self development

Dislikes

1. Work life balance has been tossed up for a while now. 2. Promotions are really hard to get. 3. Too much governance and control oriented makes employees run out of steam while trying to keep up with deliveries. 4. Agile being followed, but management tend to overlook Agile principles at their will.

They are continuously chasing us to apply and take leaves to take rest and maintain work life balance. At this time if your company cares for your well being it deepens your trust and respect for your company.
