The work culture leaves much to be desired. Managers often show little regard for employee well-being, fostering an environment where working excessively long hours is the norm. The lack of genuine recognition or meaningful benefits further exacerbates the dissatisfaction. The company provides exceptional work life balance. There are no problems in leaves with very less work pressure. It's a smooth and chill workspace.

Growth opportunities are very few and the ones which come have very less pay hike.

...posit any sum deducted during my tenure with RBS at the Employee Provident Fund. The salary rise is very scant. They make you work long hours, no overtime and all. There are many projects happening there, the front level employees have to work but all the credit goes to the Manager or the Team Leader. The working hours are very long, very less breaks. Highly monitored environment. It's like being inside a military dome not in a cubicle. All-in-all, with less pay and less morale, one cannot stand long in this company. This company values perfection, but not employee's life.

Best company to start your career. Show absolute respect to employee. Appreciate their hardwork. Seniors are so supportive and don't hesitate sharing knowledge about anything and everything. They will help you to all extend. Best company I have ever worked. Loved every moment of it.

People treated each other with respect.Awesome work culture with no ego in anyone.Work life balance was the biggest pro of the company as you can enjoy ur life as well.I miss RBS every single day as it became part of my life.It was home away from home for me. Left due to family issues but would like to work with them again if they allow me.
