I have done my articleship from this firm and now I've rejoined firm as an employee for statutory audit department. The work process followed here is very excellent. Team building activities, study meetings and training sessions are conducted here for betterment of each n every person associated with this firm. This firm plays role in career building of an individual.

Zero Job security Zero growth Very Negligible increments Zero management Excess work politics Recently fired few of employees without notice period and few with notice period.this company is on verge of being closed.I request everyone not to join or recommend this company

I completed my articleship with NPCA in Accounts & Tax department. and it was an exception experience. The firm provides excellent work culture with Saturday Sunday off, they also have standard leave policy so you can plan your study leave accordingly and the work is planned so excellently even in july seasons you don't need to work late nights. In Tax department you get direct access to the partner Mr. Ranjit Natu who is extremely supportive and approachable. Under his Guidance i have learn everything from basic accounting to handling complex NRI returns and scrutiny notices. In tax department you gain comprehensive knowledge of accounting, tax audits, audits of big construction clients, MIS preparation, scrutiny handling and more. for overall growth this is the best firm to do articleship.

Overall all culture is really good, it’s a very hard to find CA firm which give you a good work life balance, Good amount of Exposure. Along with Good culture. All the staff including partners are really very friendly.
