They have benefits for employees and they do provide good structure to apprentices. 5 days working

Dislikes

They have no salary and appraisals. HR policies are worst they keep on increasing your probation period without proofs. The people working here are real snakes they cant bear it if you are visible in your work or starts growing. Everyday people are resigning and HR have no response on this. And yes work from home benefits are provided at joining and once you join heads ban those benefits

The exposure part is good and you'll get to know about lackadaisical attitude of system towards real impact and how where you need to work on depth but you'll be anyways forced to work on breadth.

It’s a non profit organisation working under MSDE - Govt. of India

Frequent changes in system and no time to get develop a bug free system, lots of pressure from higher management to deliver the feature quickly. It’s like you are not developing a IT solution you are cooking Maggi and everyone wants the Maggi in 2 min. but expecting a well cooked food which usually take 1-2 hours. One more there is no process to avoid changes, if it’s an order then you have to make the changes resulting many unforeseen errors and reporting challenges and you will be questioned why it’s happening. Higher management always looking at you to think beyond your limit and do some innovation, but finely you get the idea from higher management and you just need to convert that into solution and forget about previous ideas. You will get assigned a work and definitely you will be doing much better but then you will get assigned a work which was already on heated movement and now you will be questioned after sometime why it’s pending since long and your previous assigned will be assuming like it’s now in auto pilot mode. Additionally, you have to make your stakeholders happy by providing the solutions and proactive support without any failure else you will be questioned why there is escalation. One more, you will get many more enhancements from stakeholders and you have to plan all together else these will be escalations why it’s not getting delivered. It’s like you have 100 MD approved efforts and you are getting 150 MD work and pipeline will always increasing but you have to deliver all items else there will be escalation, what are you doing, no Matt how much you deliver, some times 30-40 % efforts are going to utilise just doing backend task which is usually done from operations and available feature but ops team will provide the approval from higher management to get it done because it’s urgent now then what’s the benefit of having the feature in place and putting extra effort and queuing the in progress items and making the queue increase There is many more things to write but it’s enough for now
